Chrystal is an Embodied I Ching practitioner and a trained energetic and spiritual healer who has a passion for soul awakening and embodiment. Through her own transformational journey from trauma to empowerment, she holds a strong reference point for, ‘if I can do it, you can do it to’.

After quitting a double degree at uni to follow a spiritual path, Chrystal was initiated into Reiki in 2014 before commencing studies in a Diploma of Energetic and Spiritual Healing in 2015.

Falling in love with her pathway and discipline, she began to channel light language and expanded into galactic consciousness. She learnt how to incorporate this into her healings and a new passion was born, soul activation for both herself and others.

Feeling something was missing in the way she wished to serve the integration of her clients, Chrystal decided to study a diploma in Tantric Studies and Sacred Sexuality, knowing that for souls to truly land, all of our sexual conditioning needs to be vibrated through too. She is also undergoing further training to hold womb and pelvic bowl activations to share her passion for a healthy embodied sexuality and connection to personal life force.

Chrystal soon found a love of learning qigong and deepening her understandings of soul work. She continued this pathway into studying and learning the Embodied I Ching and upon first being in its field, in the healer at home journey, loved the energy so much she instantly knew she had to be working in this field and serving clients in this way. She then completed the healer at home initiation a second time and completed her practitioner training to be able to facilitate group journeys into the healer at home journey.

Chrystal brings all of her skills and experience to her work with the Embodied I Ching, encouraging courageous exploration and radical honesty into the depths of the self, gently guiding and holding her clients through their process of self-exploration and self-revelation. Her work with clients naturally initiates soul and she has a deep reverence and love of witnessing this emerge in her clients. A deep love permeates through her sessions, allowing her to hold a judgemental free space where all is welcome, from the depths of shadow to ecstatic light.
